While we take great care preparing special dietary items, we cannot guarantee products are suitable for all dietary restrictions. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.

4. Orders and Payment All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery distance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Orders must be paid in full at purchase. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. By placing an order you confirm information is accurate, authorize payment, agree to pay the full amount including taxes and shipping, and understand prices may change without notice.

5. Quality and Safety Standards All products are made fresh to order. Proper temperature control is maintained throughout delivery. Regular health inspections are conducted. Staff maintain ServSafe certification. We comply with local, state, and federal health regulations.

6. Delivery and Service Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Products are transported in temperature-controlled containers. Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We may refuse service outside our delivery range. Third-party delivery (DoorDash) is subject to their terms of service.

7. Liability and Indemnification Pastry Pods LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not responsible for issues from incorrect delivery information, third-party delivery delays, force majeure events, or improper storage after delivery. Liability is limited to the purchase price of affected products. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering; we are not liable for allergic reactions or health issues from consumption.
